Summer Internship (June-August)
This part of the internship allows you to experience the program "in action."
- Horse handling
- Sidewalking with the riders
- Stable management
- Facility repairs
- Fundraising
- Rider & volunteer scheduling
- Assist Disability Coordinator in programming
- Learn more about special needs children & their disabilities
- Assist therapists in the arena
- Exercise horses
- Special events such as parades and/or shows
- Special Olympics
