Kevin has been an Occupational Ttherapist for the past 19 years, an adjunct assistant professor for the past 10 years, and a public school OT/private OT consultant for the past 15 years. He is currently on leave from the public schools and is teaching in the special education department at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He has a special interest in assistive technology and mobility. He has provided therapeutic horseback riding and adapted aquatics as alternative therapy techniques since he began working with children with disabilities in the early 90's.

Krisann graduated in December 2008 from the University of Mary with a Master's degree in Ocuupational Therapy and a special education minor.
After graduation, she worked for Innovis Health in Fargo, ND for a year developoing the pediatric outpatient OT program. During this itme, she also worked in the neonatal intensive care unit, as well as on the acute care floors with adults. She is currently employed with Pediatric Therapy Partners in Fargo. In addition to work, Krisann volunteers with the Fargo-Moorhead Safe Kids Coaliton and is a leader with Young Life. |

Tara Haj graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2005 as a Doctor
of Physical Therapy. After graduation, she worked for one year at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago in brain injury rehab. Tara then relocated to St. Paul, MN where she worked for two years in pediatric phyical therapy at the Courage Center. Tara and her husband currently live in Moorhead and she is employed at Meritcare. |

Vicki graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2000 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. After graduation, she worked
for five years in area schools providing Occupational Therapy Services for children ages three to 21. She is currently employed by HCR Manor Care working with all ages in rehabilitation. Vicki lives in Moorhead with her daughter, Shelbi. |

Katie Havelka graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in 1999 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. After graduation she worked for a Pediatrics private practice in Bismarck, ND for 4 years. While in Bismarck, Katie was instrumental in starting a Hippotherapy program
and became a AHA Registered Therapist in 2002. In 2003, Katie accepted a position at Prairie Psychiatric Hospital focusing on pediatrics and adolescents as a COTA. She is currently employed at Lake Agassiz Special Education Coop serving the schools of Hawley, Barnesville, and Ulen as an COTA. Katie lives in Fargo with her husband and son Peter. |

Alyssa graduated from North Dakota State College of Science in 2007 with an Occupational Therapy Assistant degree. She worked in Grand Forks, ND as a Mental Health Technician at the Richard P Stadter Center until March
of 2009. Once certified and licensed, Alyssa took her first COTA position at Moorhead Public Schools as a Long-Term Substitute COTA covering a maternity leave from March-May 2009. Interested in more permanent employment, Kevin Anderson suggested ROAW to Alyssa to gain more expedrience in the Occupational Therapy field. She started the summer of 2009. Alyssa now is working full time at the Moorhead Public Schools as
a COTA in Early Inervention services for ages 3-5. Alyssa also has worked
part-time at Easter Seals Goodwill, Inc. working with children with disabilites for the past 2+ years. |
